Just got off live chat — they confirmed the new refund policy is now active for all accounts. Processing time dropped from 14 days to 3-5 business days. Can confirm it worked on my pending case.
Delivery times have increased significantly over the past 2 weeks. Multiple orders stuck in "processing" for 5+ days with no tracking updates. Customer support says they're aware but no ETA on resolution.
New pricing tier launched today. Base plan went from $9.99 to $12.99/mo but now includes features that were previously add-ons. Net cost depends on which add-ons you were using.
Support response times seem to have improved this week. Got a reply within 2 hours on a billing issue, compared to 48+ hours last month.
If you're having issues with refund processing, try requesting through the in-app chat instead of email. Multiple users confirmed refunds processed within 24h through chat vs 7-10 days via email.

Has anyone successfully completed a full account deletion? The option exists in settings but I've heard reports of accounts being reactivated after 30 days without consent.
Based on the pattern of recent changes, I expect another price increase within 60 days. They've been gradually removing features from the base tier and moving them to premium.
